Triumphant Stories Mini Course Host Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Application

• Only approved Triumphant Stories authors, speakers, or invited experts may host mini courses.
• Hosts must submit a course proposal for review and receive written approval before publishing.

2. Content Standards

• All course content must align with Triumphant Stories’ mission of empowerment, transformation, and authenticity.
• Content must be original, owned by the host, and not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring their content is accurate, respectful, and free from discriminatory, offensive, or illegal material.

3. Intellectual Property

• Hosts retain ownership of their original course materials.
• By publishing a course on Triumphant Stories, hosts grant Triumphant Stories a non-exclusive license to display, market, and sell the course on its platform.
• Triumphant Stories will pay hosts 70% of net profits generated from their course sales; Triumphant Stories retains 30% as a platform fee.
• Triumphant Stories may use segments of the course for promotional purposes (with credit to the host), but will not sublicense or resell content outside the Triumphant platform without written permission from the host.

4. Revenue & Payments

• Each mini course is priced at $199 per participant.
• Net profits are calculated as gross sales minus applicable transaction fees and refunds.
• Payouts to hosts (70% of net profits) will be made monthly, provided a minimum payout threshold is met.

5. Promotion & Participation

• Hosts are encouraged to promote their mini course and the Triumphant Stories platform through their own networks and social channels.
• Triumphant Stories will provide branded promotional assets and marketing support.

6. Community Engagement & Support

• Hosts must respond to participant questions and feedback in a timely, respectful manner.
• Hosts may be invited to participate in community events, Q&As, or live sessions related to their course.

7. Quality Assurance & Removal

• Triumphant Stories reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any course that does not meet quality standards or violates these terms.
• Hosts will be notified of any concerns and given the opportunity to address them before removal, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.

8. Refunds & Disputes

• Triumphant Stories will handle all participant payment processing and refund requests according to its standard refund policy.
• Hosts agree to cooperate in resolving any disputes or participant complaints.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the hosting agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Upon termination, Triumphant Stories will remove the course from its platform, but may continue to use promotional materials already in circulation.

10. Legal & Compliance

• Hosts represent and warrant that their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Hosts agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triumphant Stories against any claims arising from their course content.
